Check out this #outdoor workout! It's Equipment free and requires nothing but your body and willingness to be a bad ass! This is a circuit of five different exercise which should be performed back to back. Repeat the circuit 4-5 times with about 2-3 minutes of rest between each circuit. Try not to rest between each exercise!

This is fantastic if you're looking to change up your cardio routine or just want an intense HIIT workout.

Exercises performed: two variations of a plank, burpees with a push up and squat jump, mountain climbers, jump squats, walking lunges with leg lift.

Make sure you're very warmed up before starting!
